I particularly enjoyed getting to see the rough draft lyrics for "When", on display at the STC. I thought it was a particularly good example of getting some insights into the Shania (and Mutt) creative process, to see how a song evolved from rough draft towards something so much stronger and with so much more substance by the time the songs would have been ready for recording.
I recall even Randall Waller remarked (at fancon3) about how a portion of the "When" rough draft lyrics were "so cheesy!" (his words not mine), but how the song in it's eventual form was so much better and stronger and just plain great!
"When" is one of my favourites from the COO album.
