That was such a great read Richard, and the best bit is I can fill in on some of it from my own memories of the events and re live them all over again.

Better still I will see you in a weeks time, less than a weeks time and get your Shania batteries re charged before the August Fan convention, when more memories and happy times will occur.

I was in Nikki's last night for a beer as I walk home after a pleasant day with Chris and his friend Steve and met 2 Shania Fans there who are visiting the STC on Monday, it is so nice to talk to them, both Canadians, the husband up on business took his Wife along just to visit the STC which I though was a nice touch, even if his work prevents him getting the chance.

I told them about your present to Shania, your priceless verbal gift that she can now carry with her always and they were both very moved. I know Eilleen was as well.

I always find a vist to the centre re charges my emotional batteries and they have so many nice gifts in the shop just now, I seldom go away without something for myself or the house, or sometimes just a gift for a friend.

You will hear first hand how Tracy got on in Nashville and get loads of tidbits about the forthcoming Fan Convention which I can not post about as yet as the details are still changing, but this convention is going to be every bit as special as the first two, and I promise I will share it with everyone who registers on this new message board.

I do not think this is an overstatement when I say we may have a little more media interest this year than the 2 previous

I sometimes marvel at the way Shania's music and personal integrity have brought to pass this gathering of wonderful people that I consider to be such good friends. My life is much more full from knowing all of you.

I totally agree with you Richard. The best part is when we get to see each other again at the fan convention. We are going to diffently ROCK for sure in Timmins. Thank goodness for the internet, so that we can stay in contact we everybody.

I agree with all of you, I got to know so many wonderful people from all over the world because of Shania and some of them are my best friends now. Not only her music influenced and touched me like no other artist's music before, she also has changed my life in so many other good ways that I can't even count. I'm so grateful to have her in my life
and I can't wait to meet all of you sweet people in summer!!

I have the privillage this weekend along with the rest of the STC and of course many locals in Timmins to help boost Richards Shania battery so he will survive until August when we get to do it all over again at the 3rd annual Fan Convention, the biggest and best ever (until next year of course )

Richard, thank you for putting so nicely what I believe all here are feeling.

Now that I have dried out my keyboard and can see the screen clearly I must add that like you I have found a new Shania Withdrawal... I didn't think it was possible!!

After the tour I yearned for Shania, the band, the thrill and excitement of each show, but I never thought for one moment that I would be feeling as low and lost ever again - evidently I was wrong, but this time its not for Shania and her music and the way she makes me feel on top of the world, but its for all the wonderful people that I met at the fan con!!

I honestly thought I was going to cry on Sunday morning when Shelley and I had to leave everyone behind and head for the airport. Im not one for scenes, so gave short goodbyes and got the heck out of there!!

BUT..... with this said, I am now taking comfort in the fact that I have something to look forward to next year (which I certainly didn't have before) and feel better knowing that I will get to see most of you again at Fan Con 4, along with meeting even more new great people - that reminds me, I need a bigger address book now

Ok, the keyboard is getting soggy again so will sign off now
