Ok, as first thing I will send the pre-registration asap.
But I havent booked a room yet... Is it necessary write it?
And I have no idea where and how I can do it...

Can I know the costs for rooms?
Then, there are plans for the 4th? A pre-meeting in Toronto as past conv? I could be interested to come a day before, just to 're-align' myself before the conv...
A question about the conv schedule...

The Travelodge in Timmins has a block of rooms set aside for Aug 5th to 10th for 75$ per night. It`s the same rate even if you don`t book for all the nights and is for up to 4 people per room.
The group reservation number is : G1575

The Telephone number for the Travelodge is 705-360-1122

THe lady at the front desk asked me if her American Friend from the torch run was coming back... the one that thought it was cool that when you walked on snow, it creaked.... I know who that is!!

Hey everyone,

If you have gloves (any kind) please pack them for the convention as you will need them when we play hockey. If any of you have helmets, that would be a bonus but I am working on finding us some. I will also work on finding sticks..........we're gonna have FUN, FUN, FUN!!

I have just updated the itinerary and put an event in the Friday afternoon spot that hadn't been filled.........we'll be visiting the new Timmins Police Building and hearing about how they prepared for Shania's visit over the holidays!!
